About vmBlair

vmBlair is a personal blog about virtualization maintained by Blair Fritz. It primarily focuses on VMware’s core vSphere stack regarding Integration, Lifecycle Management and Operations for the everyday virtualization administrator.

The views and opinions expressed on this blog are my own and does not reflect the views and opinions of my employer.

I am currently a Staff Integration Architect working within the Integrated Systems Business Unit at VMware. I primarily focus on Interoperability, Integration and Lifecycle Management of the Software-Defined Datacenter (SDDC) portfolio, including but not limited to vCenter Server, Platform Services Controller/vCenter Single Sign-On, ESXi, NSX Data Center (former NSX-v), and the vRealize Suite. I work closely with various engineering teams within VMware to help provide early feedback on usability, design and architecture. Lastly, through customer interactions and feedback I continue to help champion their challenges and needs to help further improve our products.
